The role
Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse inpatient population in a medical-surgical setting, addressing both acute and chronic conditions.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans with accuracy and safety.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate services, support discharge planning, and optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, post-discharge care, and health maintenance.
Document all aspects of care in the electronic medical record, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills in a fast-paced hospital environment.
