The role
Lead engineer responsible for shaping backend architecture and technical direction for a squad.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.
Design, develop, and scale backend services and RESTful APIs with MongoDB data modelling and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful customer outcomes while driving CI/CD, testing, and observability.
Architect and deploy microservices on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes, with solid monitoring and reliability practices.
AI/ML integration experience is a bonus; focus on reliability, scalability, and effective technical leadership.
