The role
This role involves providing legal advice and drafting commercial contracts for a fast-growing international business based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will support various business units, handle data protection and corporate governance matters, and liaise with external counsel when needed. Candidates should have a UK solicitor qualification with 2-4 years' PQE, strong negotiation skills, and commercial law experience. The position offers exposure to diverse legal issues, international opportunities, and in-house legal experience. The role requires excellent stakeholder relationship skills, organisational ability, and adaptability within a collaborative environment. Knowledge of commercial law, contract drafting, and legal compliance is essential, with prior in-house experience beneficial.
