The role
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Salesforce native tools.
Write advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into clear data requirements and insights.
Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.
Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas.
Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions and aligning data sources with governance practices.
