The role
The role involves leading the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions in data and analytics environments, working directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Candidates will develop knowledge graphs, semantic search, retrieval architectures, and natural language interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams. They are expected to own the full lifecycle from discovery through deployment, optimisation, and improvement, ensuring solutions meet business needs and technical standards. The position combines technical expertise with consultative skills, engaging with non-technical and technical audiences while maintaining high standards of reliability and operational efficiency. Strong Python skills, experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and enterprise data platforms are essential, alongside excellent stakeholder management skills. Candidates should be proactive, curious, and adaptable, eager to stay current with AI advancements and apply them practically in complex environments.
