The role
The Compliance Manager supports the Chief Compliance Officer by maintaining and improving compliance functions, including data privacy and financial crime controls. They are responsible for developing policies, monitoring compliance activities, and assisting with regulatory reporting. The role involves working closely with Legal, Risk, and IT teams to embed data protection measures aligned with Bermuda's privacy legislation. Candidates should have extensive compliance experience, knowledge of AML and sanctions processes, and strong analytical skills. Effective collaboration and communication skills are essential, along with a professional qualification in a relevant field.
