The role
A Data Scientist is sought to join a team dedicated to verifying and validating perception systems in autonomous vehicles. The role involves developing datasets and metrics, analysing large-scale data, and designing statistical methods to assess system performance. Candidates should have a background in statistics, mathematics, or computer science, with proficiency in data querying and Python programming. Experience in autonomous systems, computer vision or safety-critical applications is advantageous. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge in data analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
