The role
Define success metrics to measure product growth and surface opportunities through monitoring or forecasting.
Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and experimentation to develop strategies for product optimizations.
Quantify the impact of strategies using causal inference and deliver actionable insights via deep-dive analyses.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to influence and execute product strategy.
Qualifications include final-year BS/MS or recent graduates in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, CS, Data Science, or related fields, with SQL/Python/R and forecasting or causal inference experience.
Preferred: internship or research experience in data science and collaboration with cross-functional teams; onboarding by end of 2026.
