The role
Plant Human Resource Manager:
Responsible for administering employment practices, collective bargaining, and union relations. Oversees personnel functions, records, and programs. Maintains positive relations with union officials. Develops and implements human resource processes for operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Manages succession planning, recruiting, and staffing. Provides employee relations, safety, and benefits administration. Requires 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a unionized environment. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
