The role
Lead a team of FP&A analysts to deliver high‑impact strategic analyses across the plan sponsor sales ecosystem.
Develop and maintain enterprise costing models and end‑user cost matrices; continuously improve modeling accuracy.
Provide pricing guidance and support through rigorous forecasting, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.
Create insightful presentations for senior leadership on financial performance and business drivers.
Manage projects and ad hoc requests, coordinate cross‑functional resources, and drive process improvements for internal clients.
Coach and develop team members, set performance standards, and foster a high‑performing, insight‑driven FP&A culture in a hybrid environment.
