The role
The HR Specialist will drive the employee experience and optimize HR workflows across the organization.
Lead a range of projects including compensation analysis, internal mobility processes, and employee perks.
Utilize the latest technologies to automate processes and improve lifecycle touchpoints.
Partner cross-functionally with People and Finance to implement data-driven solutions.
Requirements include 3+ years HR experience, HRIS familiarity (Workday preferred), advanced Excel, and basic programming (Python).
Strong interest in generative AI and a Bachelor’s degree are desired for success in this hybrid role.
