The role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will partner with the Ecosystem Growth team to define KPIs and evaluate initiatives across Developer Economy, IP Development, Creator Relations, and Genre Campaigns.
You will transform raw data into scalable models, dashboards, and production metrics to inform product decisions and improve user engagement.
You will design and run experiments, apply causal inference methods, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
You will own data instrumentation, data quality, and robust data pipelines, ensuring reliable measurement across billions of rows.
You will collaborate with design, product, marketing, and technology teams to align goals and drive impact through clear communication.
You will leverage tools like SQL, Spark (PySpark), Tableau, GitHub, and Airflow to deliver scalable analytics that shape strategy.
