As a Mobile Associate in a fast-paced retail environment, you will deliver a world-class customer experience.
Identify customer needs and demonstrate the latest devices and services to provide personalized solutions.
Utilize digital tools to explain network coverage, plans, and features during in-store interactions.
Collaborate with teammates and across channels to resolve issues and generate small business leads.
This learning role includes on-the-job training and a clear path to the Mobile Expert role.
Position is on-site in San Antonio, TX with base pay, training pay, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
