The role
Provide negotiation, drafting, and review of customer and vendor agreements and related proposals.
Support contract disputes, bid disputes, and guidance on the real-world impact of contractual terms.
Assist in contract governance and internal policy development by reviewing agreements and proposals.
Offer cross-functional legal support to internal teams and help resolve contractual issues with vendors and customers.
On-site in the South Shore, MA office with a 4-5 day-per-week schedule initially, transitioning to hybrid with at least 3 days in the office.
This temporary assignment covers a leave of absence and is expected to run through November 2026, with compensation of $54-72/hour depending on experience.
