Hospitality Team Member
Be the friendly face welcoming room users and event attendees, delivering outstanding customer service. Prepare meeting rooms to booked layouts, set up pre-ordered equipment, and deliver stored items to rooms. Assist with catering, delivering hot drinks and setting out buffets at scheduled times. Clear, clean and rearrange rooms between bookings, manage waste, and maintain a tidy environment. Support with ICT/AV equipment and guide customers, while handling occasional cash payments and health & safety checks. Work as part of a two-person team, uphold safeguarding, and contribute to a values-driven culture focused on equality, truth, peace, and sustainability.
