The role
Lead Housekeeper: Supervises and trains housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to unit standards. Provides one-on-one attention to detail, resolves guest complaints, and coordinates staff breaks. Maintains accurate records, inspects facilities, and conducts staff training. Requires 2-3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
