The role
As an Early Career AI/ML Engineer, you will design and deploy state-of-the-art models to automate real-world processes across healthcare, government, and energy.
Build scalable data pipelines, optimize models for performance and accuracy, and prepare them for production with robust monitoring.
Turn research breakthroughs into practical AI solutions, including GenAI-focused applications (agents, reasoning workflows, and RAG).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with government officials to understand challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions.
Own end-to-end development, contribute to code reviews, and uphold high engineering standards; stay current with ML advances.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively problem-solve, and take ownership to deliver impact at scale.
