Deliver exceptional client experiences in watches and fine jewelry within a luxury fashion environment.
Convert walk-in traffic into clients by creating energy and desire around high-end timepieces and jewelry.
Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service while building lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with fashion advisors and category management to elevate category awareness and maintain visual standards.
Manage repairs intake and aftersales communications, and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
Develop a personal client base to drive watches and fine jewelry business growth with a flexible schedule and client-first mindset.
