Sales and Marketing Manager - Liverpool
Role: Sales and Marketing Manager focused on driving revenue across corporate, meetings & events, and leisure segments for a Liverpool hotel. Own and execute the sales and marketing plan aligned with hotel objectives, collaborating with the revenue team to maximize share and profitability. Identify, target, secure, and contract new and repeat business across all market segments, with emphasis on corporate, M&E, and banqueting. Plan local campaigns, manage social media and digital marketing, and ensure up-to-date online presence on brand.com and third-party sites. Utilize Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office; build relationships with key accounts and partners; manage budgets and reporting. Part-time role: 20 hours per week across 3–4 days, with opportunities for professional development and staff benefits.
