The role
An AI/ML Engineer is sought to design and implement model evaluation frameworks, configure retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and develop prompts to enhance model accuracy and usability. The role involves performance tuning of models and pipelines to optimise latency, cost, and quality metrics. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to translate research and product needs into effective technical solutions. The successful candidate will have proven experience with AI and machine learning, particularly with large language models and RAG architectures, along with familiarity with Azure AI services.
