The role
Serve as the primary legal partner to division leaders, delivering proactive, practical legal advice on commercial transactions.
Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and strategic partners to secure favorable terms.
Assess and communicate legal risk, support due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and contribute to strategic planning.
Review marketing and public communications for legal compliance and collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel as needed.
Lead contract administration activities, estimate project costs, and mentor junior colleagues.
Act as a liaison for litigation matters and provide ongoing compliance guidance across the business.
