The role
You will own end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to deployment-inference, shaping the core product intelligence.
You will design novel model architectures or adapt frontier open-source models and guide model selection.
You will fine-tune models using LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, DPO, and distillation with strong evaluation.
You will architect scalable inference systems using vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and DeepSpeed, optimized for latency and throughput.
You will build data platforms for high-quality synthetic and real-world training data and drive alignment, safety, and guardrails.
You will own product direction, experimentation of new use cases, and the long-term scalability of the ML stack.
