The role
A reputable law firm in Cambridge is seeking an experienced risk and compliance specialist to join their business support team. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's COLP and MLRO, overseeing legal compliance efforts including anti-money laundering and sanctions processes, regulatory adherence, file reviews, audits, and policy development. They will also deliver compliance training and support a strong compliance culture across the organisation. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with pragmatic problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
