The role
Lead technical initiatives across multiple teams in Identity & Account Access, shaping roadmap and technical strategy.
Deliver robust, scalable backend services primarily in Java, on cloud-native architectures in AWS/GCP and Kubernetes (EKS).
Mentor engineers, promote clean code, automated testing, and continuous deployment to drive a product-minded culture.
Build and maintain critical systems for identity verification, account opening, and fraud prevention while balancing security with a seamless UX.
Collaborate with product, security, and data teams; drive design reviews, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform IaC, and monitoring with Grafana.
Own end-to-end delivery, measure impact, and continuously improve processes to optimize velocity and quality.
