The role
Join a paid Nurse Residency Program designed to build confidence and clinical competence for new graduate RNs.
Receive hands-on training, 1:1 mentorship, and access to award-winning simulation labs for pediatrics and adults.
Work full-time with daytime and overnight shifts, with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour options and weekly pay with PTO.
Electronic charting supports real-world patient care from day one.
Eligibility includes an active Indiana nursing license (or NCLEX date pending) and graduation from an accredited program.
