The role
Seeking a skilled attorney to manage all aspects of employment-related litigation and advisory services. Requires at least 3 years of litigation experience and 3 years in employment law; Illinois licensed attorney. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing employment agreements and policies, negotiating contracts, litigating matters such as discrimination and non-compete issues, and conducting workplace investigations. Strong writing, strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to manage clients and collaborate with a team are essential. The role begins in-office for the initial 90 days, then transitions to a hybrid arrangement with some remote work and a target of 1,500 billable hours per year. Proficiency in civil procedure and the Microsoft Office suite, along with dependability, punctuality, and excellent communication, are required.
