The role
Lead and support engineering-driven initiatives to advance supply chain performance within a high-performing distribution center.
Manage ideation, business case development, implementation, change management, and value realization in partnership with operations and transportation teams.
Drive process design and material handling system improvements, work measurement, productivity gains, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
Serve as a project manager and mentor within a warehouse setting, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Leverage BI tools, SQL querying, SmartSheets, and Microsoft Office to analyze data and inform decision making.
Will ingness to travel up to 25% to support project execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
