The role
Provide accounting support and analysis to drive financial performance at the facility.
Work with Controller and Site Leader on operational results, trends, profitability, capital projects, incentives, budgeting, and forecasting.
Develop and refine processes to improve accounting efficiency and documentation; support internal controls and policy adherence.
Prepare journal vouchers, assist with month-end close, and perform daily financial activities and reporting using available systems.
Ensure accurate processing of daily/weekly/monthly responsibilities and payroll hours review for accuracy.
Interpret financial data to inform management decisions and ensure compliance with financial policies and capital investment manuals.
