Painter/Carpenter

The Painter/Carpenter is responsible for preparing, matching, and applying paint to a variety of interior surfaces, including walls, doors, and cabinets. They apply finishes such as shellac and enamel, perform sanding, priming, and sealing, and execute touch-ups to maintain a consistent aesthetic. Responsibilities include color matching, material estimation, and cost calculation, as well as stocking and organizing inventory and coordinating with preferred vendors. Assist in renovation projects while ensuring workmanship adheres to established standards and safety protocols. This role requires reading and following established procedures, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around fumes, dust, and variable temperatures.
