The role
Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python to orchestrate data, workflows, and decisions across the organization.
Own the full lifecycle—from rapid prototyping through production rollout—tying technical choices to clear business outcomes.
Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and leverage third-party models effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective agent designs, while maintaining an evaluation platform.
Deliver high-quality, unit-tested code and uphold coding standards through reviews and CI/CD practices.
Troubleshoot and optimize AI systems to ensure reliable, scalable, and performant operation.
