FPP Attorney - On Site

Manage a full caseload from initiation through post-trial in the First-Party Property division. Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials; draft pleadings and coordinate discovery. File motions, prepare legal documents, and oversee discovery responses with accuracy and timeliness. Provide regular status updates to insurers and clients; participate in client development and relationship-building. Travel to courthouses as needed and maintain a monthly billing target of 175 hours. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and legal software (Time Matters, Juris, Acuity) to enhance efficiency.
