The role
As Director, you will be a vital member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Division, leading the development and execution of pricing and market access strategies across the product lifecycle for pharma and biotech clients. You will deliver high-impact engagements by applying deep knowledge of US P&MA trends and client commercial models, ensuring strategic alignment while navigating regulatory, access, and payer environments in US and global markets. You will identify client pain points and craft tailored solutions, drive business development through opportunity sourcing, proposals, and client pitches, and lead new service development in pricing, access, and broader commercial strategy. You will manage senior client relationships, facilitate workshops, and guide clients through pricing and access challenges with empathy and executive presence. As a hands-on leader, you will mentor a team of consultants, oversee multiple engagements, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while balancing delivery excellence with team development. You will contribute to thought leadership content, represent the firm at industry events, and stay informed on pricing and market access trends. Travel as needed within a hybrid work model.
