The role
A Field Marketing Representative is responsible for visiting retail stores to strengthen relationships, promote brand visibility, and execute marketing activities. The role involves managing POSM deployment, organising local retail partnerships, and expanding retail coverage. Campaign planning for launches, seasonal offers, and regional events is a key part of the job. The candidate is expected to monitor market and consumer trends, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies. Building relationships with partners and supporting logistics and collateral management are essential duties. Collaboration with various teams ensures the delivery of integrated campaigns to maximise regional branding efforts.
