The role
Housekeeping Associate:
Responsible for maintaining guestrooms and providing exceptional service.
Ensures cleanliness, organization, and availability of amenities and supplies.
Provides friendly, courteous, and professional service, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assists guests, responds to requests, and collaborates with other departments.
Maintains a clean and safe work area, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
Performs room inspections, reports maintenance needs, and ensures equipment is in working order.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent, housekeeping experience, and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move throughout the hotel, and work in a fast-paced environment.
