Clinical Lead, Nursing

The Clinical Lead provides clinical governance and quality oversight in a 45-bed care home focused on safety and resident-centred care. Lead, supervise, and develop the nursing and care team with regular supervisions and appraisals. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice, and prepare for inspections. Oversee medication management, risk assessments, and comprehensive care planning. Drive continuous quality improvement and occupancy targets in collaboration with the deputy manager and clinical home manager. Shifts are 36 hours per week across four days, with no on-call requirement; on-site leadership in Smethwick.
