The role
Seeking a relationship-driven, part-time Regional Event Coordinator to support brand launches and regional growth.
Coordinate venue sourcing and manage event logistics for launches, speed networking, speed dating, mixers, and pop-up gatherings across lifestyle brands.
Identify and recruit suitable local hosts and secure venues, while providing on-site or virtual event support.
Offer local market insights to shape city rollout strategies and contribute to long-term brand presence.
Operate as an independent contractor with a flexible schedule, typically 5-10 hours per month, with occasional in-person events.
Requirements include strong organization, professional communication, independence, and the ability to pass a background check.
