The role

The Information Security Analyst is responsible for managing the security risk of the organization's data, infrastructure, and user identity ecosystem.
Oversees the implementation and operation of security measures and tools, outsourced or in-house, to safeguard assets against cyber threats.
Partners with the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team to ensure proper provisioning, access governance, RBAC, and least-privilege policies across systems.
Monitors identity-related threats, leads remediation efforts, and participates in security operations and incident response drills, including credential compromise scenarios.
Manages relationships with outsourced security vendors, reviews IAM-related deliverables, and supports audits and compliance reporting.
Collaborates across IT, HR, and application owners to secure onboarding/offboarding, de-provisioning, and integration with systems like Active Directory and cloud apps; fosters security awareness and ensures ongoing IAM lifecycle automation.
