The role
An industrial engineer in Totton supports operational excellence projects and industrial engineering activities across EMEA offices and warehouse operations. The role involves analysing workflows, conducting root cause analyses, standardising processes, and applying Lean methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and costs. Responsibilities include managing improvement projects, designing layouts, and collaborating with suppliers to evaluate equipment and operational technologies. Candidates are expected to have a relevant degree, experience in process analysis, and proficiency with Excel, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. The position requires good communication skills in English and the ability to perform statistical analyses and work with industrial engineering concepts.
