The role
As a Data Scientist on the Ads Data Science team, you will apply cutting-edge ML and statistical methods to improve the performance and measurement of our advertising platform. Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to boost advertiser value. Develop models for targeting, relevance, anomaly detection, and predictive insights. Define metrics, design experiments, and collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to translate data science into product improvements. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and stay current with the latest ML advances. Ideal candidates combine strong quantitative skills with the ability to partner across cross-functional teams to drive impact.
