The role
Design and implement core AI Agent modules, including dialogue orchestration, tool invocation, and memory/state management.
Optimize Agent performance with prompt engineering, LangChain, and LangGraph for reliable, efficient execution.
Build and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and caching at scale.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI Assistant features, iterating from concept to proof-of-value.
Drive architectural decisions for large-scale Agent systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficient orchestration.
Define evaluation benchmarks and automated pipelines to measure accuracy, latency, robustness, and user satisfaction, partnering with Product Managers and Researchers.
