The role
The FM M&E Small Works Project Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of mechanical and electrical small works projects within a facilities management environment. They are responsible for conducting site surveys, producing quotations, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. The role requires strong technical knowledge of building services, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate labour and supplies efficiently. The manager also develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors, and operational teams to optimise project outcomes.
