The role
Lead the design and deployment of scalable ad data pipelines and real-time streaming systems.
Build both online and offline ML features, training data, and statistical computation at scale.
Shape the data infrastructure powering retrieval and ranking of ads across the system.
Ensure data systems are reliable, observable, privacy-compliant, and performant under high concurrency.
Collaborate with ML, backend, and analytics teams to enable rapid model iteration and experimentation.
Mentor junior engineers and own end-to-end projects from inception to production.
