The role
Assistant HR Manager: Recruit, develop, and support talent acquisition and HR functions. Lead full-cycle recruitment, talent pipeline management, and onboarding. Collaborate with management, maintain records, and ensure compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Mandarin Chinese, and HR systems. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 2+ years of recruiting experience.
