The role
A Birmingham-based construction consultancy seeks a Senior Clerk of Works to oversee site quality and compliance.
You will monitor workmanship, review drawings, and ensure construction standards meet contract requirements.
Responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, managing snagging, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate with project teams, verify materials and methods, and enforce health and safety policies.
Support contract administration, track defects, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality buildings.
