The role
Lead cutting-edge AI research across frontier LLMs, embedding models, and rerankers.
Advance information retrieval, RAG workflows, and next-generation LLM agent paradigms.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to deliver robust, scalable AI models from concept to production.
Conduct rigorous empirical studies to validate and improve theoretical insights.
Hold a PhD with a track record of impactful ML contributions (e.g., first-author publications).
Location: Palo Alto or US-based remote; hybrid environment with cross-functional impact.
