The role
Prepare RFQs and ensure sourcing adheres to buying policies.
Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP, and manage goods receipts.
Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and resolve issues with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate procurement records and support stock optimisation (MOQs, lead times).
Assist with budget control, procurement forecasting, and timely invoice processing.
Support process improvements; BPSS clearance to start and SC clearance for continued employment.
