The role
Lead Finance with responsibility for shaping the function's strategy and the annual operating plan.
Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team; set objectives and coach managers.
Own Finance KPIs and reporting; drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across regions.
Establish scalable policies, processes, and tooling for Finance across multi‑regional operations.
Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Manage budgets, vendors, and risk within the Finance portfolio.
