The role
Foster a guest-centric Front-of-House environment that delivers a consistently enjoyable dining experience.
Recruit, coach, and develop a friendly team to provide attentive, high-quality service.
Manage front-of-house operations and resources, including scheduling and labor, to drive profitability.
Oversee food quality, production, and safety standards, and guide operations in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.
Uphold a caring culture and guest-focused service to convert first-time visitors into loyal guests.
Complete a comprehensive management training program and meet driver's license requirements.
