The role
Lead end-to-end machine learning initiatives to enhance search and discovery experiences through advanced modelling in NLP, recommendation, and ranking.
Identify root causes of defects in search quality and propose state-of-the-art ML/DL/LLM solutions.
Build, evaluate, and deploy scalable models, and establish automated data analysis and model validation pipelines.
Design and run A/B experiments, analyze results, and translate insights into product requirements.
Mentor junior engineers and partner teams, and drive ML talent development across the organization.
Be a thought leader, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and help the company adopt breakthrough distributed ML tools.
