The role
Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of ML and DL models for real-time fraud detection and risk mitigation.
Design secure, reliable, and scalable ML systems with data acquisition, feature engineering, experimentation, and production monitoring.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate business problems into AI solutions and align on roadmaps.
Oversee model performance tracking and continuous improvement through rigorous evaluation and iteration.
Mentor and manage cross-functional Agile teams while driving engineering excellence and delivery metrics.
Grow a geographically distributed team, support talent development, and shape the long-term ML/AI strategy.
